A real estate expert with over 1,000 transactions under his belt, Nathan leads a top-producing agent team, owns nearly 100 rental units, and runs Arch Capital Partners, a private lending company built to serve serious investors.

He is the author of The No Quitters Guide and a passionate mentor known for helping others scale their businesses while living a life of purpose. His background as a professional musician brings creativity to his leadership style, while his real estate and lending ventures reflect sharp execution and long-term vision.

Outside of business, Nathan is a devoted husband and father who thrives on challenge — whether through jiu-jitsu, hunting, skiing, or time in the mountains. At his core, he’s driven to help others unlock their potential, build lasting relationships, and win in life and business.

Kia Robinson

Kia Robinson began her professional journey in 2005 in the homebuilding industry, where she coordinated the construction of over 500 homes at a time. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate — and gave her a firsthand understanding of what truly matters in the homebuying journey. After navigating the challenges of the 2008 market crash with her own family, Kia developed an unshakable commitment to helping others find stability, opportunity, and a place to call home.

Following a successful chapter in healthcare leadership, Kia returned to real estate in 2017 and now serves luxury buyers and sellers across the Kansas City metro. As Bridge Mastermind’s Chief Operating Officer, she blends her natural leadership, deep market knowledge, and people-first approach to build meaningful connections and keep the community thriving. A proud mom of three, Kia brings clarity, energy, and heart to everything she does.

Amit Bhakta

Amit Bhakta began his real estate career in 2006 alongside his father in the hospitality industry. By 2010, he had expanded into multifamily, building a portfolio of 800+ units across Kansas City, Central Kansas, and Des Moines. Today, Amit leads underwriting and asset management at Arrowhead Capital, where his deep market knowledge and financial discipline drive performance.

In addition to real estate, Amit owns a successful property and casualty insurance agency and is a licensed general contractor — giving him a rare blend of risk management, development, and operations expertise. His ability to think strategically while executing on the ground has made him a trusted leader and partner in the commercial real estate space.

Adam White brings nearly 20 years of experience in high-performance coaching and wellness to his role as partner at Bridge Capital Partners. A lifelong athlete and elite fitness coach, Adam built a career helping top performers operate at their highest level — a mindset he carried into real estate and private lending over the past seven years.

After flipping his own investment properties, Adam dove deeper into real estate finance, eventually building a multi–seven-figure lending business in just three years. His background in discipline, leadership, and results-driven growth makes him a key force behind Bridge Capital’s momentum and long-term vision.

Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson is a Kansas City native and founder of Simpson Dental Trendz, a nationally recognized dental lab known for high-end prosthetics and transformative smile makeovers. Since launching in 2012, he’s scaled the company into a multi-million dollar operation, earning features in leading dental publications for both technical excellence and visionary leadership.

A lifelong problem-solver and value-seeker, Paul invests in commercial real estate and is actively expanding in both the dental and property sectors. But it’s his mindset that sets him apart — shaped by a challenging upbringing, Paul is driven to succeed and help others win alongside him.

Steve Chu

Steve Chu is a sales professional, real estate investor, and strategic advisor who brings a rare blend of cross-industry experience to the table.

Over the past two decades, he has worked across government, hospitality, software development, manufacturing, and service-based businesses—giving him a broad perspective on how organizations operate, grow, and solve complex challenges.

Based in the Kansas City area, Steve operates multiple rental properties, serves as a data and AI advisor for public sector clients, and represents NexGen Steel, helping builders adopt 3D-printed cold-rolled steel framing to accelerate timelines and reduce overall build costs. He is also actively involved in local nonprofit work, including the Jacob and Ella Loose Foundation.

What ties his work together is a consistent theme: helping people and organizations grow through clarity, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution.

Aimee Hetzer
