About Us | Bridge Mastermind
Nathan Brooks At Event

Meet Nathan Brooks

Nathan Brooks is an entrepreneur, investor, and connector who has built multiple 7 and 8 figure businesses and invested in hundreds of real estate deals. After years of creating and scaling companies, he realized the most valuable thing wasn't just making money. It was building a life you actually love and being surrounded by people doing the same.

Bridge Mastermind was built from that idea: a room full of high-performers committed to winning in business and loving their life.

Where Real Growth Happens

Bridge Mastermind is built on honest conversation, deep relationships, and real insight. Golf outings, all-day mastermind events, Opening Day Royals tailgates, late-night bonfires, and more create space for leaders to do life together while tackling real challenges, celebrating wins, and sharpening strategy.
This is where relationships deepen, ceilings break, and you build a business that actually supports the life you want to live.

High-Value 1:1 Connections

Every member gets introduced to the right people based on goals, interests, and strengths. Intentional, valuable connections from the start.

Join Today

Bridge Mastermind isn’t a generic networking group or a room filled with competitors. It is a curated mix of high-level operators across multiple industries, people who can genuinely help you grow.

  • Members share real playbooks, make introductions, and collaborate in a way that turns conversations into partnerships and opportunities.
  • Multiple businesses and joint ventures have come out of the mastermind through high-level collaboration and aligned execution.
  • A charitable foundation allows members to contribute to meaningful causes and create impact beyond business.
  • Members include real estate investors, business owners, contractors, legal professionals, finance and insurance operators, medical business owners, and creatives.
  • You sit next to leaders who can offer insight, partnership, and perspective, not people trying to sell you something or compete with you.

This diversity creates a room where conversations are deeper, opportunities are broader, and growth happens faster. If you want to surround yourself with serious operators who think bigger, this is the place.

Bridge Mastermind offers a consistent rhythm of events throughout the year to support real growth and real connection.

  • April and October feature full-day in-person live events.
  • A monthly virtual call takes place on the first Thursday of every month.
  • Additional gatherings, workshops, and private dinners occur throughout the year.
  • National speakers regularly join both virtual and in-person events to teach on leadership, investing, wealth building, business strategy, and personal performance.

We meet at various central locations around the Kansas City area for workshops, mastermind sessions, and member-hosted events. We also meet virtually.

Membership is $600 per month with a $995 onboarding fee. The best next step is a quick conversation so we can understand what you’re building and whether Bridge Mastermind is the right fit. Let’s talk →
